Highgate Park is a community of upscale, spacious and executive-style vacation homes - situated just 2 miles South of the 192 on the Western side of Highway 27 in Davenport, near Orlando, Florida.

With wide boulevards, and spacious, oversize lots, Legacy Park offers relaxed vacations to our guests, in some fabulous vacation homes

Sunset Retreat is one of our favorite homes, not only is it close to the theme parks but also offers the benefit of being just minutes away from restaurants, shopping such as Posner Park shopping mall but close to the interstate giving you easy access to Orlando or Tampa.
 
Sunset Retreat is a 4 bedroom 3.5 bathroom luxury pool and spa home. With a Spacious king master bedroom suite and 4 piece ensuite. 
 
The ipen plan living, kitchen and dining makes it easy for every guest to have fun together with access to the private pool and spa with no neighbors to the rear.
 
The game room is amazing with its pool table, foosball table and recently added video arcade machine with over 250 games.
 
Sunset Retreat was recently redecorated throughout to include full interior painting and porcelin floor tiles.
