The Big Fish Vacation Villa is big, 3400 sqft big. It gives you 3 separate living rooms, formal dining area, kitchen breakfast area, huge kitchen and much more.
Driving down Legacy Park Blvd you know you have made the right decision before arriving at your luxury vacation home in Davenport, Florida just 10 minutes or so from Disneyworld, Animal Kingdom, Epcot and around 20 minutes or so from Sea World and Universal Studios. This executive home offers you the very best, with its homely feel and amenities you will never want to leave.
Downstairs offers two separate living rooms, at the front of the home is your formal living and dining rooms while located at the back leading to the private pool and spa is your family room with big comfy sofa’s and big screen LCD TV. The huge fully equipped kitchen with new appliances and breakfast bar is light, airy and open plan with the family room, it also boasts table and chairs.
This wonderful home boasts 3 master bedrooms all with ensuites. With a master bedroom downstairs for those that don't want to climb stairs.
Upstairs you will walk in to the spacious bonus room with leather sofas and LCD TV. Through the double doors from the hallway you will enter the main master bedroom with ensuite bath and shower room, walk in closets and TV. There is also a further master bedroom with ensuite and TV as well as two further bedrooms each with TV's and two twin beds in each.
Other rooms upstairs include a shared bathroom and separate laundry room with washer and dryer.
Leading out from the family room is the peaceful private pool and spa backing on the conservation land you can relax in the spa or by the pool using any of the sun loungers and chairs, there is also a table with umbrella is you want to lunch outside in the sun.
